Core Technology

Innovative Robotics' core competency is solving wafer automation problems with a software intensive solution. Its technology consists of four key components:

  • Cutting edge trajectory algorithms increase throughput while reducing vibration and backside contamination to the wafer.

Walt Henry, President, brings more that 20 years of manufacturing experience within the semiconductor industry. Mr. Henry has successfully established a number of significant subcontract manufacturing operations including Opti, which allowed the company to grow from startup to $135 million in sales thereby enabling a public offering.

Fred Patton, Director of Engineering and Quality, has 14 years of experience as a systems engineer, software developer, and project manager in both commercial and government aerospace sectors. Mr. Patton brings a strong systems background in applying engineering and managerial discipline to complex development efforts.

Feisa Jan, Director of Business Development, a seasoned MBA with diversified international marketing, business development and after sales logistic service experience in semiconductor fabrication equipment, and factory automation/robotic system integration. Her 8-year tenure at Applied Materials and 6-year at Mirle Automation (Taiwan) offers Innovative Robotics a solid global sales and support infrastructure.
