Core Technology
Innovative Robotics' core competency is solving wafer automation problems with a software intensive solution. Its technology consists of four key components:
- Cutting edge trajectory algorithms increase throughput while reducing vibration and backside contamination to the wafer.
- Automated path planning and emulation software reduces software integration costs while improving system reliability and performance.
